❌ Don’t use SMS for anything sensitive
✔️ Use an app that is build for encrypted communication, not SMS/TXT
✔️ Turn off Location History
✔️ Disable ad tracking + unnecessary permissions
✔️ Turn off Wi-Fi/Bluetooth scanning
✔️ Disable 2G if your phone supports it

Your phone will always track something — but with the right apps and settings, you can take back most of your privacy.
